- This level includes all the tasks in basic accounting, recording daily financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, reconciling bank statements, preparing basic financial reports, and tax services plus payroll and 1099 contractor processing, accounts payable/receivable management, budgeting, financial forecasting, plus detailed financial analysis and reporting.
- Includes quarterly CPA review with recommendations.
- Suitable for growing businesses that need a deeper understanding of their financial health and more detailed financial oversight. Typically used when gross operating income over $400,000.
Advanced (starting around $15,000/year)
- Primary benefit is consistent, controlled information flow to make better business decisions. Board level representation is possible.
- This service level includes all the tasks in basic accounting, plus banking, and a highest level of bookkeeping, review and updating of required and advisable policy statements, more financial management and strategic planning, financial strategy development, tax planning, cash flow management, and integration with other business systems like CRM, ERP, and marketing campaigns.
- Includes scheduled reviews and coaching sessions integrated with the business plan.
- Best for established businesses that require comprehensive financial management and strategic planning to support business growth. Gross business operating income typically exceeds $1 million.
