Our client engagement agreements are intended to end on December 31 of each year unless otherwise agreed, and are then replaced with an updated agreement. The three significant items that changed from 2024 to 2025 are:
SECURITY
- we will emphasize the distinction between secure vs casual communications
- services are expanded to offer reviews and coaching on security protocols
PRICING
- the minimum fee is increased to $1,500 for individuals ($125/month) or $7,200 for businesses ($600/month) for the year
- existing clients unable to meet minimum fee will qualify for a waiver of the minimum fee by making a new client referral. Coaching on improving effectiveness at making business referrals is offered at no additional fee.
